Project Overview
InnoTech Solutions, a fast-growing software company, moved into a new, modern office space in downtown Chattanooga. With a team of 40+ employees and frequent client visits, they needed to maintain a consistently clean, professional, and healthy workspace. They partnered with Magnolia Lux to implement a reliable, after-hours cleaning program that would support their company culture and make a positive impression without disrupting the workday.
Challenges
- 1High-Traffic Common Areas: Kitchens and break rooms were left with coffee spills, food crumbs, and dirty appliances by the end of each day, attracting pests and creating an unhygienic environment.
- 2Cluttered Workstations: Individual desks were covered in dust, keyboard crumbs, and disposable coffee cups, which could harm expensive computer equipment and reduce employee morale.
- 3Restroom Maintenance: With a large team, the four restrooms required rigorous, nightly sanitization to maintain health standards and a professional appearance.
- 4After-Hours Scheduling: The cleaning had to be completed efficiently and thoroughly between 6 PM and 11 PM, with zero disruption to the daytime work environment.
- 5Diverse Flooring Types: The office featured a mix of hardwood, carpet, and high-gloss tile, each requiring a different cleaning method to avoid damage and maintain its finish.
Solutions
- 1Kitchen Deep Clean Protocol: Each night, our team fully sanitizes countertops, sinks, and microwaves, wipes down all appliance exteriors, sweeps and mops floors, and takes out all trash and recycling.
- 2Detailed Workstation Cleaning: We carefully clean around electronics, dusting monitors, wiping down desks, emptying personal trash bins, and vacuuming under desks to keep each employee's space fresh and tidy.
- 3Restroom Sanitization Checklist: We follow a strict checklist for each restroom: disinfecting all toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters; restocking soap, paper towels, and toilet paper; polishing mirrors and chrome fixtures; and mopping floors.
- 4Efficient Team Workflow: A dedicated team of three cleaners follows a optimized route each night, using a keycard access system provided by the client. We provide a digital report upon completion for transparency.
- 5Specialized Floor Care: We use a soft-bristle brush for hardwoods, HEPA-filter vacuums for carpets, and a neutral pH cleaner for the glossy tiles to ensure every surface is cleaned properly and maintained for longevity.
